64kbps on a 128kbps uncapped???

What speeds are you actually getting?

This might just be old information on the website.
 
Its irregular, sometimes it might goto 50kbps but on average its between 14-20kbps.

Doesn't sound right to me. I take it you get much more than that when you aren't throttled?
I suggest you PM r001gev@@r your details and ask him to check that you are subscribed to the 128kbps VAS.
 
between 6-8kbps then you are 64kbps...double that and you are on 128kbps.
