So I asked to upgrade my line from 4mbps to 8mbps on Friday. Now I know it's holiday time etc, but why would it take 7 days to upgrade me.

When I went from 2mbps to 4, it took about 30 mins to do it.

My bill cycle ends on the 8th January, so I would want it done before that, as to avoid an ugly looking invoice. Has anybody experienced an upgrade taking this long ie possibly 7 days?
 
Hopefully things will speed up next week once most of staff is hopefully back from leave, I've had an open telkom fault for the past 2 weeks which has been moving at slower than a snail's pace.
