surely, just by passing a little thought, you should be rather saying "8 to 12", seeing as I foresee no reason to exclude those girls that are 10's.

A short girl will be huge when she is a 12. A tall girl will be either on her ideal weight or maybe 5 kgs over weight at a size 12.
