I would'nt know this, usually in Botswana most violent thugs are Zimbabweans with Botswana residency/citizenship. Where do they get that skill to blow up doors?

The death is being reported now. Not sure if he died overnight or they just decided to keep it on the low for some reason.
 
We need regular surveillance of high walled properties, I have one in my area, cameras at every corner, no one knows what is happening inside those high walls.

They already do spy on you if they have a reasonable suspicion that you are up to no good, walls high enough not to see the house inside, a non see through gate, I would easily declare that a reasonable suspicion if I were the powers that be.
