8-ta billboard question

Hi Guys & girls,

I wonder if somebody would be able to clear something up that is confusing me on an advert billboard that I have seen for 8-ta.The other day I drove past a billboard advert for the new 8-ta mobile network and it stated something like

"Do people call you, we offer free minutes just for this..."

Now maybe I'm missing something here but I was under the impression that whether you had Pay as you go or contract you always were allowed to receive incoming calls even if you did not have airtime on PAYG

Am I just showing my age and not understanding new technology

Basically they give you free airtime To make calls, just for recieving calls - I think the ratio is for avery 3 seconds spent on a call recieved they cretid you with 1 second worth of airtime
