8 Weeks Wait

I have heard of a client waiting 8 weeks already for a quote from Vodacom Business.

Makes you wonder at times what is happening.

All documents submitted 8 weeks ago, and vodacom business says client
Has to pay for services 4 months rental in advance.

What nonsense is this.

Let's see what VodacomData says and can do (hope not another 8 weeks wait)
And 4 months rental in advance.
 
Don't think you will get an answer on heresay. Also if you'd like a more detailed answer, you'd need more details.

Also take into consideration that VData would likely be more aligned to us, regular consumers. Though I'm sure he would endeavour to make contact with the "Business" division if you really wanted.

But why not send an e-mail to VBuss or get the "heard of client" to do so, post here or to PM VData?
 
Well I'm sure that VData would assist & if needed point the client in the right direction. ;)

Hi did you get hold of that client yet ? I dont think 8 weeks is the norm , its definately not the accepted.
