8ta (2gb+1gb) = a negative balance

Its official that 8ta's 2gb+1gb promo is giving customers a negative balance when they recharge and
8ta cannot fix it. Even the people working in the call center themselves are having the problem.
The call agent simply said its a wait and see what happens thing

I logged in my case, with no response 72 hours later. Kinda sad in this day and age. First blackberry now 8.ta
 
Had the same problem, was fixed today after two weeks and still haven't received my airtime which was eaten by the negative balance
 
I bought the 3 gig promo bundle, finished the 3gig but it doesn't stop surfing and downloading l0l...

It will stop and check your balance regularly as you will be shocked to have a negative balance like some of us did
