8ta 2Gig promo with Cell C modem

Hi guys, just bought the 2 Gig + 1 promo. Using my Cell C modem, how d? I go about setting up? Please help, pretty urgent, thanks!

For me it just worked. But you also download the 8ta dash. But try the cellc dash first.

Thanks guys, turns out there is n? coverage in my area :/ Although we inquired before purchasing.

Called them this evening, was told ?o bring it back for a refund since this was a fault on their part.

Or you didn't convert your SIm card to non-roaming... If you buy GoBig package with modem, your (free) SIM card is already provisioned for non-roaming. But if you received standard prepaid SIM card, you should call customer centre and request conversion.

hi, i live in a none coverage area - nigel - and get about 3mbps... please do the following: purchase a normal 8ta sim card, put in a modem and download the 8ta dash, check if you get a "mtn ROAMING" signal, if so you're good to go, the problem i think is when you buy the contract one
