8ta 3G Card

Hi,

I brought a TP-Link MR3220 and trying to get my 8ta 3G card(E1820 )(brought from 8ta) to work with my router, but cant seem to get it right, it always flashs green and doesnt want to connect when pushing connect, it just refreshes.
Can someone maybe help me with this pls

Strange, do you have full coverage in your area? A green light normally suggests it is searching for a connection on EDGE. Other than that I have no idea as to why it is not connecting since other people have been using the same setup without much trouble connecting. It might help checking your signal level.

When i connect my dongle to the pc direct it works perfectly as soon as i put it on the router it doesnt work, i am on the 10gig promo and i have the 8ta usb dongle

it sounds as if the dongle is not compatible with the Router. I have had the same issue with other dongles on a router. A real hit and miss to be honest. Maybe you could patch the dongle to try and make it work. I am not clued up on that part, I seriously despise dongles.

also checked the E1820 seems compatible, just get your firmware up to date, if its not. Read, read and read some more.

I'd agree with updating the firmware. I am not an expert, but I would agree with Franc.
