8ta bis is crap

My bb become useless after 10am Since Friday. Is 8ta throttling Bis or what?

BIS as we know it is slowly dying....perhaps you should look at other options.

To answer your question though, it wouldn't surprise me if BIS was being throttled. When Vodacom began throttling BIS it became so unusable I ditched both Vodacom and BB.
