Hi friends. I have 8ta contract internet package 10+10gb but now I want to cancel the contract. Please guide me friends which steps I should follow?

I also dont know my contract expiry date. Please also guide me how should I inquire about my contract remaining expiry time??

You need to go to our website and download the cancellation form, complete it and sign it then send it to social@telkommobile.co.za stating the reason for cancelling and we will assist.

To check the contract expiry date, please send us your contract number/ ID number using a Private message and we will confirm and feedback you.
