8ta Data sim can't call 183 or 180

Hi all

During this past week I have been unable to call the 8ta contact centers 180 or 183 using my contract 10gb data sim.

Can make calls to those numbers using the pre-paid sim.

I've logged a call on Sunday and am still waiting to receive feedback as to why this is happening.

Any of you have the same issues?

I've logged a ticket a week ago and still have not had any feedback from 8ta.

Can the rep not advise what can be done to resolve this?

This happen to me last week when I tried calling them. Its a norm thing if their routing isn't properly configured. All is working my side
