8ta hspa network problem in aquapark Tzaneen!!!

Hi guys, Ihave a 21mb/s usb modem and use an 8ta simcard with databundle. Now for the last month or so it is completely useless and will not even open web pages and previously it worked fine. It connects and shows you have hspa coverage but nothing happens. This is in aquapark Tzaneen area, please help!
