8ta prepaid recharge problem?!?

Hi there.

Has anyone here had any issues recharging 8ta prepaid?

Last time I tried to top up my contract when I ran out of my bundle it cost me over R380 in eft airtime purchases and then only after I paid I got told that I cant recharge with my simcard, I have to buy a prepaid sim. So I did. Now I tried to recharge via the website when your data bundle is finished, put in the voucher code, gives an error. So I tried the USSD route, gives an error, now tried calling 188 and put it in there, gave an error BEFORE I could finish putting in the voucher pin! And now I'm blaclisted.

Wtf is going on with this place?!? Or am I missing something here? I just can't get anything to work with these guys?!

I bought airtime a few days ago via Nedbank, and it worked fine.

I haven't tried a voucher though.

You should try to contact telkom mobile and ask them what is going on
my prepaid sim works fine i am able to recharge fine
