8ta SIM not registering on the network

Hi 8ta rep

On the 21st of Dec I recharged with 150 with the intention of converting it to the 2+1gig data promo.

I forgot to do that and went on holiday and left the modem in my PC at home.

When I got back yesterday I tried connecting (I should still have some data left from before I left) and nothing happens. So I put the sim in my phone, but it just doesn't seem to want to connect to the network.. I even tried putting it in my wife's phone, still no joy.

Please help
