8ta Sim only working on MTN Roaming

Hi ALL,

Any particular reason my 8ta sim only works on MTN Roaming.

I tried to manually select the SA 02 Operator on my Mobile Phone and Data Card.
Access not allowed.

Is it my sim ONLY or a general problem ?

Been that way since day one,8.ta sims can only roam,telkom 3G cant roam too

Yes, I am throwing my 8.ta SIM cards in the bin, my reception is really poor and the service is not usable.

This is in Joburg.

Was planning to put R2500 on (for work), but will now use Cell C 3G & Skype - voice quality is better and it works out cheaper.

So when will 8ta sims be able to connect to the 8ta "home" network??

When they can find the switch i guess...(Maybe their network is still under the world cup frez)
