8ta speeds suck! Report here... [solved!]

My internet is unusable.... I can't even open mybroadband most times... It was perfect up untill Wednesday.

As per our telephonic discussion, please be advised that case 7750340 has been sent to the Technicians to contact you and arrange for the site visit. Once we receive the report we will then escalate the query to the Network Department to investigate and assist further.

EDGE AGAIN!! Second time in 5 days ....

I am on day 8 of my brandnew Telkom Starter pack (purchased for evaluating further/larger purchases). For the second time the connection has dropped down to EDGE and the "speed" down to unusable!
I am within 500 meters of your Bellville tower at 90 Durban Road, Bellville and 50 meters from your Telkom shop in Voortrekker road. Don't bother asking me for my details - fix your transmission equipment.
