@8ta Rep. Pls help me get my stmt for my 2 8ta data accounts. Pls dont ask me to email [email protected] as that just falls on deaf ears. I have also tried twitter and left details on your website to no avail. This service is just ludicrous!!. Accounts were opened in July this year, and not a word since then.

Had the same issue. Call 081 183 and request an agent to send your account via email
 
Just did that and it worked, thank you :). So much for the kak 8ta rep and twitter. They both promised the world and delivered sweet jack ****!!!!.
 
im having the same issue ... even sent a msg via the 8ta website cant seem to call though.

Sigh!!!
 
finally got them to email me. email came from this address, try email her. [noparse][email protected][/noparse].
