8ta's/TM's incompetence is astounding!

I asked for my service to be cancelled at the end of January (and SPECIFICALLY not before the end!).

I sent the cancellation request form to retainme@8ta.com on the 02 January 2014, heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement, sent it again on the 6th, still no acknowledgement, sent again on the 9th. Still no acknowledgement. Phoned mutliple times, no one could tell me that it has been received. Eventually I got a reply yesterday (20th) to a further email sent to retainme@8ta.com

Today (21st) they just switch off my service, with 30% of my data allocation unused (that I have paid for, effectively stealing it from me) and leaving me with absolutely no connection or access! :mad:

Phoned them, they opened a query which will be looked at within 72 hours, 72 hours!!!??.

What a bunch of incompetent nincompoops (the politest language I can use on public forum) and I lump them all together with apologies to the rare competent one. They're actually a joke and deserve nothing but plummeting share prices, no customers and eventual retrenchment!
