Well the sickening thing is if you read some of the USA conspirators theory's it varies from USA GVT bringing the towers down with thermite, demolition explosives and atom bomb, (Sic) that how feeble this argument is.
It's even more sick when you here who is putting all this stuff out there. Most of it is by people who don't want you to know the truth. There is no better way to stop people from getting to the truth than to put out disinformation yourself. They see people are stumbling onto the truth so they put their own wild theories out there. People pick up the theories and spread it without even researching them. Soon we have people calling them "kooks" and people who question the official version are then labelled as "kook" as well. It's a sad state of affairs really. If you wanted to commit a crime you can just put a good conspiracy theory out there. People who pick up your theory get labelled "kooks" and when someone gets to the truth no one will believe them. If you can come up with a smart comspiracy theory you can use it to get away with any crime you can think of. Society must learn to separate the wheat from the chaff and by judging how close minded people on this forum are that hasn't happened yet.
Simple Planes hit the building, there is a huge fire, the building start collapsing from the top, All the fuel, of cables, tiles, chemicals, Aluminium, whatever get squashed in a few story's basement with lots of material from the top, creating in effect a blast furnace, high temperatures and self consuming. Lots of air ingress from all over creating many mini furnaces. Now this is the biggest experiment of this kind ever, never done would never repeated so there could and would be new science involved! To say it could not it BS because it did!
Now that IS speculation. Fire on the top floors. Melted (Liquified) steel found at very bottom of pile weeks after the collapses. What is wrong with this picture? Firemen are baffled. Never seen anything like it despite many controlled demolitions in the past. Fires probably only hot enough to weaken the steel. And how do you get lots of air into a pile of rubble? Nothing so far has explained it or the witnessed physics involved.

I find the conspiracy view that the US is responsible for the entire debacle quite silly. And to attack ignacio's debating skills rather unfair.
Some people are exceptional when it comes to using satire and humour in debating, clearly if you dont have a dry sense of humour you would not be able to see it.
I case you haven't noticed, it wasn't a debate. It was throwing wild labels at people to the point of being unable to debunk any theory. It was tackling a persons character and not the subject. It isn't accepted as a form of debate anywhere in the world and it shouldn't be accepted here and I will not accept it.

How does these conspirators know everything, and yes it is a parody, a Joke, I did not even read it!
Nope PPL should accept it was done by terrorists, and it was a sad affair, There was no conspiracy. It was something bad that happened that altered the perceptions in the world forever!

Here is a person making a comment - but they state up front "I haven't read it - too much work" -.[/I]

Dear Kilo39, completely out of context again, That comment was directed at a parody link http://www.counterthink.org/019388.html I posted in one of my last posts about what "truly" happened. A Joke, as I did not even read it and a debater had a whole lecture on it. Read my post 391 again in context with the many posts before, I was not directed at any link you posted, so again thats how feeble all of this is, looking for something that's not there and at the same time read and post completely out of context when you were on AWOL a while! HWat make this information correct and valid just because you researched it on the net?

So by the way where were you when it all happened, did you see what happened or based your "research" what other fanatics wrote or did you use common logic?

Let me just address this kook thing here, so we can move on productively. If you and kilo are going to proceed in a responsible manner and don't introduce pure speculation or logical leaps, but rather focus on the "irregularities" or "holes" with the "official version", then, in fairness, you don't deserve the label of kook. Your last summary - while not objective - did not jump to conspiracy theory conclusions, so you can't be called a kook based on that.
Sheesh, I thought we were focusing on irregularities. I didn't see anyone make any illogical leaps here. There's no speculation here, but rather different peoples views. You can't debate any subject if you simply throw all ideas out of the window because they are wild. If you do that you are guaranteed to throw the truth out of the window as well. You have to be able to give reasons why you don't believe something.

And the JFK relation is just as relevant as your Xenu relation. If you didn't feel that it was relevant you wouldn't have posted it. The missile theory is just what some witnesses say they saw. It boils down to which witnesses sounds more credible to you. So while we're on the subject tell us, why don't you believe the hydrogen bomb theory? I have my reasons so you must have yours besides the fact that it sounds wild.

So... back to substance: one of the common topics in this thread is steel. The weakening of steel enough to cause building failure I think is adequately covered in http://www.tms.org/pubs/journals/JOM/0112/Eagar/Eagar-0112.html - but a very often mentioned variant is liquefied steel.

kilo asserts in multiple places, with different wording, "I am posting your information - your credible experts - your official report - your facts" and supposedly my facts regard liquefied steel. In fact, both kilo and prometheus write about liquefied steel a great deal... some examples:
steel melted/liquefied!!
1 gallon of fuel = melted 3+ tons of steel
the steel melted [and much more about melting steel in this post]
1 Gallon/melted 3 tons of steel per gallon
1 gallon of fuel = melted 3+ tons of steel
it is "impossible" for 1 gallon of fuel to "melt" (or shall we use the more appropriate term "liquefy") 3+ tons of steel.
It's a scientific fact that steel melts at about 1500°C. Melted (Liquified in official terms) steel was found weeks after the incident at the bottom basement pile of rubble, not the top rubble where the fire was.
And most recently - Melted (Liquified) steel found at very bottom of pile weeks after the collapses.

And since steel melts at 1500°C and the fires alone cannot have reached that temperature, they have uncovered a fairly interesting anomaly. Quite the conundrum. I am ready to start believing them!!

But wait just a minute... unfortunately, as with most conspiracy theories, there is slight of hand at work here; they are using misinformation and a rhetorical device called Argumentum ad nauseam - they think if they keep repeating liquefied steel, then all of us sheep will think liquefied steel - in fact, it is a form of propaganda (it must be noted that prometheus uses the same device by repeatedly saying how he has destroyed all counter-arguments... they use this logical fallacy all the time, and yet still find my debate style unacceptable - how curious!)

Their logic is impeccable:
liquefied steel was found at the WTC
steel only melts at 1500°C and no such temperature was possible
therefore there is a problem with the official story

But even even the conspiracy prof doesn't make this "steel" assumption, in http://www.physics.byu.edu/research/ energy/Papers/Molten metal.doc
he evaluates three types of molten metal "aluminum alloy", "molten iron", "molten steel"

His paper even has this to say:
The official reports by NIST, FEMA and the 9-11 Commission strikingly omit mention of large quantities of molten metal observed in the basement areas of WTC 7 and the Towers. The fact that the official reports do not adequately address the issue of molten metal found at the sites provides compelling motivation for continued research on the WTC collapses.
(my bold for emphasis). Is it just semantic to say molten metal vs. molten steel? NOT AT ALL... STEEL and its melting point is CENTRAL to prometheus' and kilo's misinformation.

So what can be said about prometheus and kilo's use of molten steel? I think this approximates their intentions: "A lie repeated often enough becomes the truth"

By the way, even the presence of molten metal has been called into question. This and the type of metal are covered fairly well here:

Liquified = terminology of the official reports.

No it is not misinformation or a fallacy. It is the official terminology. Yet the official reports do not address this. That is the problem. And we destroyed all your arguments because they were never arguments to begin with. You threw links at us Argumentum ad nauseam without reading any of them.

No it's not our misinformation, it's the reports'. And the aluminum from the aircraft was at the top of the pile not the bottom. What was at the bottom was mostly steel, used in construction of the building. The only question is if it was molten (liquified in official terms) or not. The reports you are linking to comes from the people who say it was, yet they don't address this. Your own quote question the addressing of this, why shouldn't we?
So what can be said about prometheus and kilo's use of molten steel? I think this approximates their intentions: "A lie repeated often enough becomes the truth"
If it's a lie then you helped to plant it. It's from your reports. Do you get this?
By the way, even the presence of molten metal has been called into question. This and the type of metal are covered fairly well here:

http://911myths.com/html/wtc_molten_steel.html
Good. Now we have an explanation. So are YOUR reports wrong or not? Pupa has already established that you linked to misinformation and speculation when you claimed it as accurate "published" information.

Since you are stating it - you will have to provide verbatim quotes specifically mentioning liquified steel in a direct - non-anecdotal way - from the reports. We will wait until then.

Thanks ignacio - you are correct - my calling you a racist or a fascist is incorrect in terms of your use of the word kook - however - the use of the word still implies "Etymology: by shortening & alteration from cuckoo
: one whose ideas or actions are eccentric, fantastic, or insane". So - purely on this basis - who are you to call me insane? The term is abusive - and in terms of that - equally aligned with racism, fascism, and ignorance. Is this not the debate - who is more insane than the other? - Using the term in the context of this debate is offensive - and any derogatory language on any level does not contribute to a debate.

"Term used to describe a regular poster who continually posts messages with no apparent grounding in reality. Different from a troll, which implies a sort of sly wink on the part of a poster who knows better, kooks really believe what they write, to the extent that they believe anything."

Is this not exactly the issue we are debating? We, the conspiracists say your messages have no grounding in reality - you, the debunker, say the reverse. We say it without the derogatory comments - or the natural assumption that we are correct - both things you assume for yourself - but are not prepared to grant equal measure to the reverse. As commented in your "definition" above - we get to the point where we ignore each other posts (ignore list) - not a good way to have a debate.

From your single post:

As before, I am not descrediting the FEMA report, I am questioning your ability to challenge the report: what scientific training do you have it do so? In lieu of training, which published scientist backs up your claims? See - why you may be getting so angry with me is because I am unwilling to engage you on the level of whether things should turn to dust or liquify: my contention ALL along is that I don't have the scientific training to come up with or prove theories related to these phenomena - and neither do you.

Uum - you are discrediting the report - because in many instances I quoted you out of the report - I have quoted you your own experts off MIT (may, perhaps, wish, etc.) The published scientist who backs up my claims is:

"Materials science professors Ronald R. Biederman and Richard D. Sisson Jr. confirmed the presence of eutectic formations by examining steel samples under optical and scanning electron microscopes. A preliminary report was published in JOM, the journal of the Minerals, Metals & Materials Society. A more detailed analysis comprises Appendix C of the FEMA report. The New York Times called these findings "perhaps the deepest mystery uncovered in the investigation." The significance of the work on a sample from Building 7 and a structural column from one of the twin towers becomes apparent only when one sees these heavy chunks of damaged metal.

IOW - I am not challenging the report - published professors in their fields - part of the NIST investigation - post their findings - it is them - the government appointed officials who found the anomalies - not a layman as you say.

And regarding this - MANY professionals in their fields have questioned the government findings or lack thereof.

Incredibly, the progressive collapse of the Twin Towers has been left out of the computer models used: "The global models of the towers extended from several stories below the impact area to the top of the structure." [4] Thus the structurally intact floors 1-91 of WTC 1 and floors 1-77 of WTC 2 were excluded from the so called "global" models of the towers.

Correspondingly, the temporal dimension was cut short as well: NIST gave itself the task of finding out "[t]he probable sequence of events from the moment of aircraft impact until the initiation of global building collapse." [5]

Why were the models truncated? The following are two examples of the reasons given by NIST:
-
The parts of structures below the impact zones (Floor 89 to Floor 91 in WTC 1 and Floor 73 to Floor 77 in WTC 2) contributed little to the overall behavior of the buildings. Previous analyses of subsystem models and preliminary global models showed that the elements below the impact zone did not experience plastic deformations or buckling. Therefore, they were eliminated to further reduce the size of the models. With this modification, the global model for WTC 2 was truncated at Floor 77 just above the mechanical floors and at Floor 91 for WTC 1." [7]
-
In summary: The reports by NIST say nothing about how -- and if! -- the collapse was able to progress through dozens and dozens of structurally intact floors without being stopped. If no external energy was available e.g. in the form of explosives, this would have been the opportunity to show that no such energy was needed. On the other hand, if some unaccounted-for energy broke the supporting structures enabling the collapse to progress with the speed it did, there would have been many good reasons not to try to model the impossible, ie. a purely gravitation-driven collapse. Stopping the analysis early enough also saves NIST from trying to explain the symmetry of the collapses (despite non-symmetrical impact damage and fires), the almost complete pulverization of non-metallic materials as well as the extremely hot spots in the rubble. These remain as inexplicable by the official story as they have ever been.

http://www.saunalahti.fi/wtc2001/nistcomm.htm

And some comment on this - you do realise of course that the government investigation was done off photographs? No investigator was allowed on the site until it had been cleared - weeks after. You realise - that the government has gone out of its way to stall, prevaricate - and could I say "destroy evidence"?

Why is the american government so desperate to ensure no proper investigation can happen? Why - after months of kicking and screaming do they finally release the most low quality video they can find?

- and - (even more scary) - the video I saw released on the bbc (a full motion video - jerky but full motion) - is/was not the same video I saw an hour later - the terrible stop frame version. The first video I couldn't believe my eyes (hence this thread) - to see it again - I waited for the next broadcast an hour later - different video. WTF.

I said it many posts back - the "conspiracists" have nothing to gain - they have no percentage or vested interests. They tell it like they see it - backed up by lots of video and photographs (red hot metal weeks later 24000 gallons). Many of the conspiracists are professional people working for universities etc, nothing to gain, everything to lose - but they think their view important enough to go against "the official version." As has been shown many times in this thread - the official version is actually not worth the paper its printed on. And further to this - your initial posts - of the supposed "real story" - when I go there and look and post that story here - you first accuse me of posting gumph (your own stuff) - then finally admit how weak and insubstantive it is - no more, much less so - than the conspiracists version - in its weakness it may well have been written by a layman:

In my theory, the hot fire weakened the supporting joint connection," Connor continued. "When it broke, one end of a floor fell, damaging the floor system underneath, while simultaneously tugging (pulling) the vertical members to which it was still attached toward the center of the building and down." This phenomenon started a parasitic process that accelerated until total failure and the structure fell in on itself, he said.

Unfortunately - not only is the debunkers theory full of holes (swiss cheese) - but it it no more valid than the conspiracists "fact".

and post completely out of context when you were on AWOL a while! Thanks pupa!!

Yes - I agreed - it is dismissive and ad hominem... I personally do not mind this style of debate, but, I have come to understand that you are very much against it. Of course, if I read a theory that is borne out of total speculation or pulled out of thin air - I will think it is "kooky" and might even say as much... I am sorry, but I will not be censored when I think something is a totally fantasy and wish to express this. Likewise, if I am ad hominem attacked (like I was for a great deal of posts by prometheus), ad hominem defences are quite likely... this is only human!

I don't really want to debate what a kook is - but the bottom line if someone is promoting the accepted/official view of a story, they can not be defined as a kook. This is just how the word is defined.

I am not descrediting the report and neither do these findings - in fact, as we have already discussed, the WFI scientists have hypothetical candidates for what caused "eutectic formations" - and none of them involved a conspiracy or bombs for that matter. I thought we had put this to bed already.
Incredibly, the progressive collapse of the Twin Towers has been left out of the computer models used....[etc]
I would be glad to attempt to address the other points you make - point by point - once we have covered the liquified steel post. Thank you.

Once again - and apologies - I make this quick post in relation to a query:

The use of the word "liquify" came off a link posted by dominic - regarding the dispute over the pentagon video - http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread79655/pg1 see post 14 page 1. I then posted the language of the link (ie, use of the word liquify) in my post #19. I then use this - in relation to other information (where I found this? - Will see if I can find the original link) - this was the quote off my post #46 on page 4.

Somerset County Coroner Wallace Miller, who was one of the first people to arrive at the crash site, said it looked as if someone took a scrap truck, dug a 10-foot ditch and dumped trash into it. Miller said there was nothing visible of human remains and that it was as if the plane had "stopped and let the passengers off before it crashed." He said that the most eerie thing about the site was that he hadn't seen a "single drop of blood."
-
Miller said he was stunned at how small the crater was. "I stopped being coroner after about 20 minutes," Miller said, "because there were no bodies there."
-
Asked how Flight 93 disappeared into the crater without leaving a trace, Bob Leverknight, an active member of the Air National Guard and correspondent with Somerset's Daily American, told AFP at the newspaper's office, "It [the ground] liquefied." However, one of the massive engines, Leverknight said, inexplicably bounced off the ground and was found at a considerable distance in the woods.

Yes - that is the use of the term liquified (in this case "the ground") - but not in the context of the WTC and not in terms of liquified steel as you have written numerous times. I understand this was a quick post, so I will wait for your findings of liquified steel from the official reports.

Yes, but was it in official reports? I refer specifically to post #59:
And it is not me using the word "liquefy" - that is the official report - the "buildings" liquefied.
Buildings sounds even worse than steel. I can't find it in any official reports however. Only a few confusing references to melted steel. Then saying the fire wasn't hot enough for this. But not actually explaining it. Well anyway, just want to clear this up first:
ignacio said:

Please tell me where this was or at least where it wasn't warranted.

- ignacio -
Regarding this term "liquefy" - the original context was me saying: "amazing how often the word liquefy is used." - This in relation to the post by dominic "the wings liquefied" (off abovetopsecret) - and my quote above "Bob Leverknight, an active member of the Air National Guard and correspondent with Somerset's Daily American, told AFP at the newspaper's office, "It [the ground] liquefied."

So - I developed that - as it is so unbelievable - "the wings liquefied, the ground liquefied" - and within that context "the WTC liquefied" - which is essentially what "they" are trying to tell us. I developed this within the context of the "facts" as I saw them, ie, fuel capacity of plane, amount of steel in building, etc., within the context of what I saw with my own eyes on the day (cnn) - and the other absurdities of this issue - primarily temperature, construction, weight of jet, sprinkler system, etc.

Realise that I know (or assume) nothing - this thread is as much exploration as anything else. Yes, I paid attention to LG's thread - and I looked at reports and video, etc. Essentially though I post all this in regard to the pentagon video - that is so unbelievable - let's look closer at the rest. - And of course - when you do it is a mess - largely prompted by your own posts to MIT and NIST (wish, may, think, assume, etc.) Credible information to you - and posted in your full assumption of its correctness - then when I go and look it is cr#p. And of course - then - we all continue digging.

And - sorry for the lengthy post - but I would like to post some of my "quotes" in regard to this:

The basic oxygen steel-making process is as follows:
The lance blows 99 % pure oxygen onto the steel and iron, causing the temperature to rise to about 1700°C.

So - in a smelter - a specific built object - they "induce" steel to rise to 1700°C. But WTC they expect us to believe that "pockets of fire hit 1832°F (1000°C)" On the basis of burning drapes, desks and papers. Tell me - who is deluded here?

Jet Fuel = Ignition Point = 425°C
Steel smelter = 1700°C
WTC = 1000°C = building melted, pulverised (425°C?) Oh yeah, the drapes burning.

The officials don't really have a story. They surmise - to explain the phenomena - twice in one day - within an hour and a half (based on 24 000 gallons of fuel)
-
To review - ignacion cites two credible links MIT and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) I quote these credible links back to him:

NIST reports that pockets of fire hit 1832°F (1000°C), high enough to cause structural failure.

"However, the World Trade Center was never designed for the massive explosions nor the intense jet fuel fires that came next—a key design omission," stated Eduardo Kausel, another M.I.T. professor of civil and environmental engineering and panel member.

"It was designed for the type of fire you'd expect in an office building—paper, desks, drapes," McNamara said.

Others have pointed out the possibility that the aviation fuel fires burned sufficiently hot to melt and ignite the airliners' aluminum airframe structures. Aluminum, a pyrophoric metal, could have added to the conflagrations. Hot molten aluminum, suggests one well-informed correspondent, could have seeped down into the floor systems, doing significant damage.

Fires resulting from the aviation fuel spread widely through the impact zone and ultimately led to the collapse of the Twin Towers.
- off MIT

http://www.physics.byu.edu/research/energy/htm7.html
‘Fire and the structural damage …would not explain steel members in the debris pile that appear to have been partly evaporated’, Dr. [Jonathan] Barnett said. (Glanz, 2001; emphasis added.)
-
The observed “partly evaporated” steel members is particularly upsetting to the official theory, since fires involving paper, office materials, even diesel fuel, cannot generate temperatures anywhere near the ~5,180oF (~2860oC) needed to evaporate steel.

The jet fuel probably burned out in less than 10 minutes; what did burn over the next hour, or hour and a half, was much of the contents of the buildings, according to the lead investigator of the NIST investigation. (desks, drapes, and papers!)

http://www.physics.byu.edu/research/energy/htm7.html
We start with the fact that large quantities of molten metal were observed in basement areas under rubble piles of all three buildings: the Twin Towers and WTC7. A video clip provides eye-witness evidence regarding this metal at ground zero:

And WTC? - "Dramatic footage reveals yellow-to-white hot molten metal dripping from the South WTC Tower just minutes before its collapse: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2991254740145858863&q=cameraplanet+9%2F11. Photographs capture the same significant event, clearly showing liquid metal dropping from the South Tower, still hot as it nears the ground below" (video is available at google).

... and wrapped up in: Jonathan Barnett, professor of fire protection engineering, has repeatedly reminded the public that steel--which has a melting point of 2,800 degrees Fahrenheit--may weaken and bend, but does not melt during an ordinary office fire. Yet metallurgical studies on WTC steel brought back to WPI reveal that a novel phenomenon--called a eutectic reaction--occurred at the surface, causing intergranular melting capable of turning a solid steel girder into Swiss cheese.

"We may have just the inherent conditions in the atmosphere so that a lot of water on a burning building will form sulfuric acid, hydrogen sulfide or hydroxides, and start the eutectic process as the steel heats up," Biederman says. He notes that the sulfur could also have come from contents of the burning buildings, such as rubber or plastics. Another possible culprit is ocean salts, such as sodium sulfate, which is known to catalyze sulfidation reactions on turbine blades of jet engines. "All of these things have to be explored," he says.

You guys may have dealt with this (but I haven't) - equally absurd.

Aren't u ppl getting bored of arguing about arguing?

Prometheus - and post #59:

And it is not me using the word "liquefy" - that is the official report - the "buildings" liquefied.

Where did I find this? Good question. Is that not the official report?

2. The failure of the impacted floor system: The explosion following the impact may have destroyed some of the thermal insulation around the steel columns. The 60 tons of flaming jet fuel easily raised temperatures to 1,500° F or more. Exposed to such intense and prolonged heat, structural steel loses rigidity and strength. This may have caused a reduction of the buckling force of the connected 2-3 floor structural system.

Some more quotes (no urls - but the context is clear)

# Jet fuel wasn't the only thing burning, notes Forman Williams, Professor of Engineering at the University of California, San Diego. He says that while the jet fuel was the catalyst for the WTC fires, the resulting inferno was intensified by the combustible material inside the buildings, including rugs, curtains, furniture and paper. NIST reports that pockets of fire hit 1832°F (1000°C), high enough to cause structural failure.
-
However, intense heat from the burning jet fuel and combustibles near the cores of the towers was weakening the central steel columns, the longspan floor trusses and cross trusses, and the joints connecting the floorplates to the external columns. The strength of the steel dropped markedly with exposure to fire, losing half its strength at a temperature of 1,202F (650C).[6]
-
Subsequent modeling suggests that in the north tower the internal trusses supporting the building's concrete floors failed as a result of heat-induced warping[14]. This would have placed additional stress on the bunched core columns which themselves were losing integrity from both impact damage and heat. When the core columns gave out on one of the impact floors, this floor collapsed into the floor below. Once the collapse started, it was unstoppable; the huge mass of the falling structure had sufficient momentum to act as a battering ram, smashing through all the intact floors below

"In my theory, the hot fire weakened the supporting joint connection," Connor continued. "When it broke, one end of a floor fell, damaging the floor system underneath, while simultaneously tugging (pulling) the vertical members to which it was still attached toward the center of the building and down." This phenomenon started a parasitic process that accelerated until total failure and the structure fell in on itself, he said.
-
Eduardo Kausel proposed an alternative failure explanation that he acknowledged was independently developed by Zdenek Bazant, a professor at Northwestern University. "I believe that the intense heat softened or melted the structural elements—floor trusses and columns—so that they became like chewing gum, and that was enough to trigger the collapse," he said. "The floor trusses are likely to have been the first to sag and fail. As soon as the upper floors became unsupported, debris from the failed floor systems rained down onto the floors below, which eventually gave way, starting an unstoppable sequence. The dynamic forces are so large that the downward motion becomes unstoppable."

Guys - I am outta this thread - thanks for the fun times, but I don't have the appetite for it any more. Almost since I got into the thread, I have pushed for what credible scientists have had to say on the matter - and this concept was met with derision from many of you - but as we see here, and I not going to say it was purposefully done, an argumentum ad nauseam has introduced and legitimised the heavily used (I am not even going to bother counting the number of times I heard about steel and its melting point) concept of "liquefied steel as an observed phenomenon in the official documents". So - somehow a false statement gets introduced into a discussion (as happens on the internet), it is not verified, gets promoted, and then it becomes "fact". Can you not see the how inherently problematic this is? Many conspiracies are grounded on these "facts" - or maybe a combination of such "facts" and actual facts - so they can appear very convincing indeed (and we get a cascading series of conclusions set in motion by such fabrications like "the report says liquefied steel in wtc... steel doesn't liquefy until 1500 degrees... the report is incorrect... why did government give us an incorrect report?.... the government falsified the report because they are behind what happened"). It is all very dangerous (both logically and practically) and the internet is absolutely full of stuff like this.

So - laugh at me if you will - but I will stick with my published scientists, and my 26 eyewitnesses who saw the Pentagon plane. Maybe the rest of your propositions do have some validity, but I don't have the time to try to work out what is fact and what is "fact", where you are directly quoting a report or where you are quoting something you might have seen where some guy mentioned something that kinda looked like the report. Trying to determine truth, from half-truth, from falsehood is just too time consuming!

So I will keep believing the official account until I either see some solid scientific evidence or a video that debunks it, but, by all means, you guys continue with your questions and conspiracies... just not my cuppa tea!
