95% broadband coverage in Gauteng: Premier

I wonder if she really had such plans prior to Zille's announcement last week :whistle:

Cause the ANC has proven to us over and over they are a bunch of incompetent twits that has no f'ing clue how to run a country, province, city or town. And I am scared...scared out of my mind of how much this is going to cost the gauteng tax payer if the Joburg billing system is anything to go by. The budget was like R300 million...now it is standing on a frekking Billion or something. Can you imagine what will happen here?

They don't count in millions anymore, the ANC only work in Billions... There was a point in the nineties where things appeared to have some relative value but when it's okay to spend R100 million on a party... Eish.
You're right 'tho, we get to pay for toll roads (that might never work), the Gautrain, higher petrol prices than the coast and now Nomvula's "broadband" which will no doubt cost more than what Helen has planned for Cape Town and just fly along at 256kbps.
