Thank You Virginmobile for showing ICASA and the Competition Commission that mobile calls can be carried in PEAK time for less than R1. Hope the South Africans take to it quick and fast to get the interconnection rate down to 30c per minute so maybe we could get calls to other networks at 99c a minute as well.
