Whats the status on the CellC Hspa signal in Fourways guys? Are the problems resolved? Thinking of getting the Rbm Hd 200 contract. Im currently a vodacom customer, should i switch?

getting reasonable speeds in Norscot, closer to the highway side of Fourways, although it can still fluctuate, generally for the last week or so it's been a lot better than in the past, I think there may be a new tower that's come online (I was told that the one on the corner of William Nicol and Witkoppen was supposed to be coming online soon). I may need to get on the roof and realign my antenna as I had to install one due to my physical location.

You ask that your customers give you feedback on how you're doing. Well, here it is.

I thought I'd send a PM to Cell C rep. late last week about some info. regarding a particular tower I live nearby. I got a quick response, initially, but was asked for my address. Thought this to be a cheek, so I gave a general location of the area I live in.
Since then, I've had no response - perhaps it has to do with all these issues they're experiencing, but if they want to try and gain customers, ignoring requests for some info. is the wrong way to go about doing so. I certainly don't need Cell C if I want to consider wireless again.

Dont want to state the obvious here, but you pay for what you get. That said, it doesnt excuse the vodas and mtns who kill us with pricing and provide rubbish service, but at least i have connectivity 24/7
