In the last week I started the process of not renewing a CellC data contract that is maturing this month. I must say that I had a really good experience and found the whole process painless.
Everything was done online using their chat and then sending an email. They confirmed the request within days and mentioned when my last billing was due and amount.
Networks spend a lot of effort to make it easy to sign up but most make it impossible to leave. With my CellC experience I'm more likely to recommend them now and consider them for future contracts.
Reason for not renewing, I'm moving to their SMARTDATA topup as some months I don't use the data and other months I would use a lot.
