A murder in Fish Hoek ???

Shanaaz Eggington This morning it was discovered that a body of a “white adult male” was found that was tied with cables attached to the mooring block of the shark exclusion nets at the blue buoy at the Fish Hoek Beach. The body has been recovered from the water.

The City’s Law Enforcement Services and SAPS are in attendance and the area is regarded as a crime scene.

It has been reported by Ed Schroeder that the red shark flags are flying indicating that it is unsafe. I have spoken to the Executive Director and the respective Chiefs that the flying of the red flags must be removed immediately indicating that there are increased and/or high shark activity in the water and/or shoreline.

Law enforcement are required to coordinate that the area be kept clear as it is a crime scene.

The scene has been handed over SAPS.

Wasnt a woman also murdered there a few years ago? I remember it making news everywhere. So it's not like it doesn't happen in Fishoek.

I have'nt read the Fish Hoek Echo in two decades....

When I was born, my mother had a traffic cop escort...... then the fekkin doctor sliced me in the face when cutting my mother....

BODY FOUND AT CTOWN BEACH

A man's body was found in the water at Fish Hoek beach on Friday, Western Cape police said.

Shark spotters discovered the body at 10.20am during routine checks, Captain Frederick van Wyk said.

The police diving unit removed the body. He is white, bald, aged between 55 and 60, and wearing yellow and blue swimming shorts and blue swimming goggles.

Eyewitness News reported his body was attached with cables to a shark net mooring block.

An inquest docket was opened.

Round up all the drug addled teenagers of Fish Hoek. Fish Hoek parents hide from your children, those little bastards will be the death of you.
