This whole deal smacks of corruption and shows that BEE is just the quickest way for these elite few to become very wealthy, extremely quickly!
Where is the broad based empowerment that Mbeki has been talking about! Not to mention that Smuts (Yes the same Smuts who is the Presidents Spokesman!) Is a millionaire in one foul sweep!
