New Communications Minister Ayanda Dlodlo said last week that her department will speed up South Africa’s digital migration process, and it will be completed before December 2018.

Wow, thanks, I missed her in the emails !

So we can expect an ANN7/SABC deal soon. Maybe they need SABC to have money before doing that !
