The actual work, and probably all the stuff they should have done since 2006 I reckon.

Completed before Dec 2018? Why not now, surely after 11 years something has actually occured? Or does she need her chance at the trough?
 
Do you think the Egyptian slaves also got excited each time a new Slave Uber General Master Boss was appointed, and proclaimed that the slave migration process in REALLY on track this time?

Or did they give up, after a few hundred years, and only complained to each other on their expensive stone carved tablets........?
 
I think we should get all the people around a table ourselves if we want this thing to be completed! To wait for the ANC is going take a long time! Another 20 years?

June 2008 – Communications Minister Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri said the broadcasting digital migration is on track, and ahead of most countries in the world.
