I have now exhausted all possible avenues of trying to contact you privately.
Our client has emailed you three times, I have emailed you twice and your phone line is up and down like...well, I'll leave that up to your imagination.
One of our clients reported trouble with their ADSL account almost a week ago.
We were understandably confused, because after searching our systems backwards, we realized that the account actually belonged to you.
As per my email:
If the customer has infringed upon your Terms of Use/Service (not that I can find them on your website), then surely it is common business practice (or indeed simple courtesy) to let them know why their account has been suspended?
Would appreciate a response or explanation in this regard, but don't really expect one. Shocking.

It can be logged into via the usage stats website, but we get an error
when we try and connect to it from an ADSL line:
"Username or password not valid on the domain"
IS has reported that the account has been suspended, but seeing as it only has around 1GB of usage out of what should be 3GBs, could you please clarify what the problem is?
