A Question for the Cell C Rep

Hi there once again, CellC Rep.
Ok i'm gonna rephrase my initial question.

ARE THERE ANY PLANS IN PLACE FOR UPGRADES IN DURBAN ??????????????????????????????????

Seems like DURBAN are being ignored by CELLC.

Any feedback from you would be highly appreciated.

Hi galaxy s2, I have sent you a PM. A network service call has been re-logged for further investigation since the upgrades didn't improve your connection speeds. I will update the thread once it has been resolved. *DM*
 
My unusable 200 gig has finally expired.
Never again will i ever use Cell C.
What an awful unforgettable experience & a total waste of money.

Experienced the same frustrations with the giga200. Expired with 74GB available - also in Durban. It was, for me, the worst data experience I ever had - one word to describe it, Abhorrent. Moved over to Afrihost and have yet to experience one 'no throughput despite full signal' problem - not once has it failed to connect, I click it works - the way we expect connections to function.
 
Wow man! Thats fscking pathetic! I used to be on Cell C as well back in 2010/11 and even back then their coverage was . . . ugh!

I am also in Johannesburg and my connection is now worse than before the upgrade.
During the upgrade period, which they said will be finish by the end of November 2013, have cost me +/- 78 Gig of my pre-paid data pack.
Will Cell-C compensate us for the lost data?
I did send e-mail to Cell-C and all I got was, "They will forward my e-mail".
To whom I do not know. My data pack is also about to expire and I have lost BIG TIME with Cell-C.
Cell_C Rep. Can you please get some answers for us what is happening with the poor network connection that we have now and how Cell-C will compensate us for the loss that we as users have suffered during this last few months during the network upgrade.

Hi Andre53, according to previous calls you logged. The problem was mainly due to congestion. I will re-open the call for further investigation. *DM*

Hi CellC Rep. I believe its too late now for any sort of resolution as my giga 200 bundles has expired already with about 70 gig remaining. I've had enough of Cell C.
