The fact that the Sasser slowed down the net and the Sentech is having bandwith problems (the email they sent us), will that affect the connection process? What I mean is, I have to try to connect 4 to 5 times before I'm connected to the network, is this as a result of the worm? (I have 46% signal strength) I just keep getting "remote computer did not respond".

It should not as the radius servers are linux based and not affetced by the worm, bandwidth being slow yes, not connection problems are far as I can see it.

Thanks. Can it be that you can't connect if you didn't diconnect propperly? Ex I have a proxy at home, but when i get home I shut down the proxy and plug the modem into my machine. Then I have trouble connecting.

I have been experiencing difficulties getting new users signed on today.

People seem to be able to connect, but there is a 10 minute delay before they can start browsing... maybe related, maybe not [:I]

The problem seems to be fixed nw though.
