A rail track without a train

Rail track? what rail track,never mind the train!

It going to take a miracle to make this happens, and we the cash cow will be paying for that.
 
There was talk of subsidising the boxes, probably only for those who have a TV license. This should bring in a couple of new licence holders.

hahaha - i think 90% of SA doesn't even have electricity!! :)
 
Another freaking wet ANC dream, how can they bluff themselves so badly. Stupidity at best African style.
 
hahahahaha....good one. This is becoming silly though..who will the other 10% be? The poorest of the poor? I think your talking about 30% then....
