A2 printing

I have a document that would normally print on A4, but I need in in A2. Openoffice doesn't want to let me change the paper size to that, nor does Microsoft Word. What's the best way to get this right?

Basically, I want to print it on a printer that prints on A4 sheets with each A4 page representing one quarter of the A2, and the software having worked out what to print where, etc.

use publisher....or print to a pdf high res, take into photoshop enlarge to A2 and then crop the images to A4 hope that makes sense....
