Hi .In case of being mugged, which is better , app between the 2..

AA has advantages that it has a customer support team number (so if the phone gets snatched you can call them from different phone etc) and also in case of a vehicle break down in middle of road, they can come and wait until roadside assistance comes...but reviews of AA armed response on playstore are not very good.
.Also, is it true that this app doesn't have a chat option?..so if you cant speak to them over phone to confirm your location , they won't come to your location...?

Namola app has really good reviews on playstore , but doesn't have a customer contact centre number..will they come and wait incase of a vehicle breakdown..has anyone used them in that sense..?....also, there have been many reports of namola app crashing lately ..has anyone experienced that..?
Also, I believe namola has more coverage(rural also and not just urban) but not sure on that aspect

Also is it true that AA has tieups with different security providers and they dispatch the nearest ones but namola uses its own vehicles only..?

Has anyone used both these apps and found one to be better than other..or any other personal safety/panic button app which is better..?

Namola is pretty good. I recall they use other services but could be wrong - never actually saw their own branded vehicles tho

Peace of mind?

There are many instances in South Africa where police abdicated their responsibilities to uphold law and order.

An entire town was abandoned by SAPS:

Thus peace of mind will most likely be this:

There is also Gaurd Me via FNB.
They all subcontract to local security companies in some form, there is some kind of national network agreement they all use to get localised security response.
