Therefore why discriminate against them in favour of other candidates (even if none.)

I know the people from the auditor general told me a black female CA asked for a R1 000 000 package a year, they denied her application and a week later she received a higher offer, she called the person at the auditor general's office who interviewed her and bragged with her new job. She still has to article.

I'm of the opinion black people are paid more than white people in the same positions, because of the shortage of qualified black people and the BEE requirements.

Speak to the directors of companies, they often complain that the junior black director has a salary 4 times over than what they earn, or that they take a salary cut because they are white.
 
Someone once told me Irwin was doff.

During apartheid, they used to raid the offices of the ANC. They looked through Sisulu's office and it was clean, everything hidden. Whenever they went through Irwin's - it was untidy and all secret stuff was out in the open.

Compare what Irwin said to what Pik Botha has just said that the ANC has broken the agreements made regarding AA.
