Huh? I'm pretty sure *all* proper IQ tests impose a time limit. My point is the time per question is like 30sec or something, which too long to measure "think on your feet".
e.g. If person A can provide a 75% answer in 3 seconds and person B can provide a 99% answer in 30 seconds then A will have the advantage in the real world but B will score higher on an IQ test.
Potential for intelligence? Clearly the IQ score is only a representation/proxy of intelligence, but why do you say potential?
