A month ago I was standing in queue at the pharmacy. A pregnant lady with 5 kiddies in tow walks in and the Pharmacist looks at the kiddies and with a smile asked:
What a cute bunch do you a have a day care?
I thought the woman whit the kids was going to spontaneously combust.
AT the top of her voice she tells the pharmacist :
I’m not stupid like White people. All of these have aids. And she smacked the oldest on the head.
I have already buried one on the farm but I do not tell the government. This one Is sick and she smacked him on the head again, I will do the same with him and the rest. And I take all that money and live a good live with the money the white people pay the government.
She looked at me with such venom I couldn’t believe it.
I was not even the one who said anything.
Well she did not get her ARV’s it was finished and had a mouth full to say about that too...
Yes I do not think any institute should reward people for having HIV. I do think separating HIV positive people from negative people is the only way to get rid of the disease.

The sad reality is that rape statistics for South Africa in particular have gone up instead of done over the past 5 years.
This is on trend with the rest of the world. But is this a trend we want to see grow ? In South Africa in 2006 there were
close 55 000 reported rape cases. There are an estimated 450 000 rape cases that go unreported. Here is some more

This might be the major reason for our high HIV stats. But why then not address the root of the problem? Stop throwing money at the problem.
A home loan isnot going to stop people raping.
