ABSA Express

Does anyone here know how to disable the ABSA express online portal? It freezes half the time on my work laptop when I log into Internet Banking and I only use the "Full Service" option anyway. So it's just an annoying screen that has to load up and gets in the way of what I want to do.

I can't be the only one who is annoyed with this.
 
I actually use it more than the full service. I'd prefer if i could pay a bunch of beneficiaries at the same time, but otherwise I like it's interface.

I'm more annoyed with the new verification system. Half the time I don't get that verification screen.

So afraid I wasn't much help here.
 
As you log in - look for the screen that allows you to choose the full service option. Also loathe the ABSA express.
 
Would like to disable it as well. I never use it and its annoying to have to switch every time.
 
I just switched over every time. It doesn't load into Express for me any more. Don't know why though. I also wanted to send an email to complain about this before they defaulted to the full service.

Thanks, just found out where to change the option. Strange that you can't set preferences when already logged in.

For others: You can choose the login landing page just below where you input your SurePhrase after inputting your password and pin number.

I personally prefer EXPRESS, bu somehow kept on going to FULL after looking at some insurance options one day.
Could not work out how to get back. Now back to with your help! :-)

I hate it. Whish there was a way to make the default the normal banking interface. Now I have to log in, wait for the Express to load and then go to normal banking.

You can choose which one to load into. When you type in your password just choose normal from the drop down list
 
holy ****ing meatballs some of you ladies get annoyed by the smallest issues
You might as well moan about pussing knoppies on your microwave ovens

Btw I use Express and Full service. when I need the other I just switch without having a stroke
