Absolutely shocking service - Not impressed at all.

R413 for 4 "smart" t-shirts for me, two for the GF and a dress for the GF .

The maths isn't working for me on that. :)

Possibly because your English comprehension was worse than your maths ability :D :P

However, I did lie, those 7 items only cost R413, which actually works out to just under R60 per item on average, R59 to be precise. All items were obviously not equally priced though, the dress being the most costly. A relook at the order confirmation shows some of the shirts were only R39!

If you'd just come clean in the first place, none of this would have been necessary :D

Maybe I am a bit biased, I was spoiled by Kalahari and Takealot with very good service and excellent delivery by Takealot. I once ordered from Yuppiechef and was also impressed with the overall service and delivery.

To be quite honest, I am not very impressed with Spree's delivery and once struggled with a credit card payment. I am VERY disappointed with Zando's delivery. Ordered a pair of jeans on 07/12/2015 and am still waiting, after is was sent to the courier on 14/12/2015. Their tracking system is the pits, one cannot tell where your item is. Not to mention their support, I twice had email queries and am still waiting for any feedback. No thanks, I will give Zando a miss.

So I was burned and I'm really not impressed.

I bought a pair of Smart casual shoes for just under R600 for work purposes from online retailer Zando.co.za in October.
I wore the shoes for about a few weeks (2 to 3 weeks) and the shoes broke. The right shoe tore at the seam and just got busted open for no reason.
I contacted the store politely, mentioned my concern. They did me a huge favour by taking back the product and inspecting it, because the return date of 14 days had passed and they gave me 2 options, to have a credit or to get a refund.

I took the credit option and ordered another pair of shoes from the same store.

Today I receive the shoes and they look like crap, literally. The shoes look really bad. Not like new shoes should look. They look crinkled (yes it's leather, that can happen), but this is due to the fact that it was packaged without separating the pair from each other. There was no crinkle paper in the box. The left shoe looks like it has a red glow effect to it, looks powdery or something and I'm just not a happy camper.

I will never support this store again in my life. I'm really disgusted beyond belief.
They had the opportunity to right their wrong. They had an opportunity to show me that I could be a great returning customer, but instead they made me an enemy and taught me one sore lesson. I will never buy a fashion item such as this online ever again. I was burnt twice and I won't be burned 3 times.

Please repost this on Hellopeter

Yeah, I ordered a smart casual jacket from them a while ago and it wasn't the same as the picture and it was coming apart at the seams.

To their credit they processed the refund really quickly and with no fuss so I think it was more of a supplier issue than a retailer issue.

The experience has shown me that clothing is just something that you have to try on and buy from a brick and mortar store.

They have some awesome sales, nothing beats 70% off for high quality brand name clothes. Full priced it is a bit meh but never had issues with shipping or returns so in that regard they get top marks. Superbalist is about the best online clothing retailer, very fast free shipping and easy returns.

Worst is Spree with them using the Post office for the free shipping option and needing to traipse back to the post office to post the returns back and email a scan of the shipping invoice to get a postage refund and then wait for that to get refunded, bit of a pita, starting to avoid shopping on Spree due to that.
