This brings tears to my eyes......tears of joy, serves this prick right. Good doggie !!

Bangkok - A golden retriever mauled its Thai master to death after allegedly enduring years of abuse, media reports said on Sunday.

Mana Tesrit, 51, died in hospital on Saturday after being savaged by his three-year-old dog at his home in Sattahip district of Chonburi province, 120 kilometres east of Bangkok, The Nation newspaper reported.

Mana's wife Sompong Rodkhlam told police that the dog, named Peter, may have attacked her husband because he had kicked and abused it since it was a puppy.

Sompong was out of the house at the time of the attack, which was witnessed by neighbours.
 
Good doggie, but the problem now is its damaged goods and will have to be put down :(

For a golden retriever to do that...the abuse must have been savage!

People who abuse animals have no right to live on this planet.
 
For a golden retriever to maul someone to death is just insane.

no great loss here. Just a pity that the dog is probably mentally screwed up now.
 
Don't know who is to be blamed more... The husband or the wife "Mana's wife Sompong Rodkhlam told police that the dog, named Peter, may have attacked her husband because he had kicked and abused it since it was a puppy." She knew about it and could have ended it. B*TCH!

She could have saved the poor dog years ago.
 
lol I love Dogs!! I am glad he got his revenge, if the story is true, the owner deserved what he got.

Poor dog, they better feed him some good ass food and let him run around the park until he is bored.

wow this is crazy. The poor Golden Retriever must have been terribly abused to maul his owner as these are the most gentle dogs.

My parents got one and its the most loving dog.

How do you know it was only the dog that was kicked and abused....?
 
Lesson to all animal abusers: finish the dog before its old enough to retaliate.

Pity dogs are too dumb to know who's more to blame. The wife obviously deserved the mauling to death. Should've just bit the husbands leg off or something.
 
maybe the wife is happy now as well. she probably suffered just as much abuse from him

that ^^

In thai culture the woman is servile and wouldn't stand up to a man. We have no idea what was going on there. For us to assume anything more than what the story says is simply blowing smoke up our own asses. What is clear is that she did not try and cover up for him by blaming the dog..
