OMG! Thank goodness their products work and not much servicing needed, cos when you need service, man they are skimping on that bigtime!!! Been waiting for an online service consultant for over 3 hours now. The last time it took just over 4 hours for someone to reply via the online help facility. Shocking, but not so much in this banana republic...
