Access is denied - help

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I am receiving the message below on certain overseas websites like Facebook,BBC. The pictures on the websites do not download and I have tried all the things that MS reccomends on there site to fix this, what else could be the problem.

You receive an "Access is denied" error message when you open a Web page that runs a script in a frameset in Internet Explorer 6

Do you have any third party firewalls installed?

Are you at work, sounds to me like a proxy or firewall is blocking the images?

I think I've seen this before.

The problem is you are using Internet Explorer.

Thanks for all the help I have downloaded Firefox and I have the same problem. How do I dedect what firewalls I have and how do I get rid of them. Thanks

Problem solved and guess who is to blame,Telkom. I had to add a proxy server to my settings. I am from overseas and I am very impressed with Cybersmart technical line.
