1. VPN in to said branch, remote desktop to a PC connected to the network and access the files. (quick and dirty)
2. If the Novell server have TCP/IP installed, then you should be able to (theoretically) install the Novell client on your side, connect with a VPN to the other branch and then try to connect to the Novell server. (Not sure if it's the right way, but a Novell expert should know).
Last time I worked with Novell Netware was with 3.12 and 4.x.... and it stopped there.
you can install the Novell Protocol on your PC and have access to the novell server. you'll be prompted for two logon's when you logon to your computer everytime.
Or just install the Novell protocol on your servers, map a drive to it and then share the dirve to your MS network.
