Hi
Help a noob please.
All of the sudden when trying to access my router I get this and I never had issues before.

Please advise.

Are you trying to connect via wifi - if so have you tried a LAN cable?

When last did you connect to it successfully, and what did you change then?

A while ago, month or so.

I think it might be access permissions which I have no idea about. (as mentioned - NOOB Delux)

open CMD and type "ipconfig" try typing in the Ip that's reflecting
next to Default Gateway or IPV4 Adress

Just my 2 cents :) I might be wrong but this has worked for me in the
past.

Your IP address on the PC you are trying to access should be 10.0.0.3, and the Gateway and DNS should be 10.0.0.2.

Then it will work.

Hi nope it doesn't work but thanks for the effort.

There's probably a sticker on the router with an IP address and credentials like admin/admin or something...

Also, tell us the router and also post this in the networking forum, it actually has nothing to do with fibre.

Are you manually typing in only 10.0.0.2 in the address bar? (Do not use the drop down history)
Have you tried a different browser?

Probably one of those crappy Telkom/Pace routers. They have those IP's.
I have an awesome Huawei router from Telkom, therefor not the router but Telkom's choice of IP's.
