Accessing Yahoo in Cape town

am i the only one who can't access the yahoo.com or even the ail sites?

http://www.yahoo.com/ is working just fine here in Stellenbosch on Mweb (IS) uncapped.

It looks like Yahoo is working fine on IS but not on Telkom .
