There is no way that that engine could pop out after hitting a pole at 80km or so... BS !!!
Two things here to ponder: Either the engine mountings were not secure at all for that to happen OR V.W is hell of a K*K car to purchase if engines are going to just pop out of it's mountings?

I am talking under correction but a cars engine mounts are designed to "drop" the engine in a front impact to prevent the engine block from entering the passenger cabin.
