I gagged and threw up,i am concerned now and dont know what to do.What is my next step.Do i go to a doctor or what.

Look, you could be correct in your culinary identification of that object. I don't know.

I do know that the only way you will know for sure is if you compare it with an actual rat dropping.

Guys. The OP has a mental capacity condition. He suffers from either downs syndrome or another mental deficiency problem.

@dablakmark8 don't stress. Nothing will happen if you injested real rat poo. Don't waste your time complaining to Simba. Just buy at a different store in future.
