Accomodation required in Edgemead'ish area

I have a friend who is desperately looking for a place to stay in the Edgemead, Monte Vista, Plattekloof Glen areas.

I think she needs it from end of January (maybe sooner)

She's a single mother, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, lovely person actually and is a Paramedic and a church go'er.

If you know of something, can you send me a private message and I'll forward it on.

She has tried Gumtree but found nothing so I thought I'd try MyBB which has never disappointed! :)

Well actually the rental agency next to them but I don't know their name and number but they share the offices so they can give you the number.
 
I actually know of someone who is moving out of a very well priced townhouse right next to the shops and schools however, it's only end of Feb..and the managing agent is a total douche, is very lax to respond to things that need doing in the place and it has loads of damp and mould. however, maybe things will get fixed since they will need to find tenants again so who knows! I'm not sure if your friend wil be interested because of these things and the dates. Let me know! Will pass on the details.
