Hi
I have a client that uses Access 2003 and in the program it displays the email addresses in a text box, she wants to be able to click on them and then it must open Outlook so she can send the mail.
Do I change it to hyperlinks or is there another way? I have not used access in years

Hi Bubbatentoe, sorry for the late reply been crazy here. Where will i insert the above line?

easy way:
backup your database (make a copy)

Open the database in Access and goto the column that contains the email addresses.
Currently it's probably a text field? (seeing as nothing happens when you click one of the address)
Change the column type from "text" to "hyperlink".
All entries in the column "email address" will become links.
Next time someone clicks one of them it will open your default mail program (Outlook?)

** anything in the format of "[email protected]" is considered an email.
