Acne treatment tips?

Sorry, been a bit busy. I drink ~1L water a day.

snip.
I'm going to guess 1 L is way too little.
Depends on your weight. What you eat etc. Go read.
Read here -> for a good baseline... https://www.umsystem.edu/newscentra...to-calculate-how-much-water-you-should-drink/
It uses Ounces, but you can easily use google to convert. 1 Oz ~ 29.5 ml ;)

From ^ there "your urine should be colorless or a very pale yellow (the color of hay or lighter). If it is darker than that, you haven’t had enough fluid. "

Else just put some chemicals in your body.
Fix one problem by creating another - makes total sense:whistle:

Seems to vary wildly from person to person. For me:

Tetracycline - very effective, but don't like long term anti-biotics
Cut dairy - very effective, my current Plan A
Tea tree oil - no effect
Clearasil face wash - no effect
Cutting sugar - no effect
Cutting fat - no effect
Stop messing with it - effective

Scrape together some cash and go see a dermatologist. Roacutan (sp) can help - it did for me at 14. My 13 daughter has just completed a 6 month course of a weaker version of Roacutan (I forget what it's called) and her acne is starting to clear. It does make your skin and eyes extremely dry and sensitive.

Roacutan is the final solution to the blackhead problem...
