Acquiring network... pending

Hey

Im getting this msg the whole time on my wireless network "Acquiring network"
I have tried to restart the modem.. still gives the same Status report:

that goes for the repair settings as well. Still says the same status.
switched the modem of does not work either.

DHCP is enabled in admin options.

And im still sitting with the same problem "Acquiring network"

Funny enough it worked fine last week but now it doesn't.


does anyone here know of any other advice one can try to resolve this problem? would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like its trying to get a DHCP address but can't. Do an Ipconfig /all and post the results.

Reset your Network key in your router(just retype it) and also reenter it when you log on.
